CONTEST: Win tickets to Anthony Bourdain & Eric Ripert on Nov. 9!

Win tix to Anthony Bourdain and Eric Ripert on Nov. 9!
Let’s say your name is Anthony Bourdain. You are performing at Bass Performance Hall on Nov. 9. And, a few hours before the show starts, you get hungry.

Where, while you’re visiting Fort Worth, do you eat? If you were the persnickety and adventurous chef, author and TV personality, what area restaurant would you grace? What place around here is, in other words, “Bourdain-worthy?”

Tell us for a chance to win two tickets to Anthony Bourdain and Eric Ripert’s upcoming “Good vs. Evil” show here on Nov. 9 AND a gift certificate to the restaurant that voters pick to be the most “Bourdain worthy” eatery in Fort Worth. That means: Vote for your favorite restaurant because you might wind up eating there for free before a night out at Bass Performance Hall!

Simply comment below or email us your answer by clicking HERE. Be sure to write “Bourdain” in the subject line and then tell us the most “Bourdain-worthy” restaurant in Fort Worth!

THE FINE PRINT: Two winners will be drawn at random and notified by email on Tuesday, Nov. 6. The winner(s) will have 48 hours to respond. No purchase necessary. Prize package includes 2 tickets to Nov. 9 performance at Bass Performance Hall and a gift certificate to winning restaurant. The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents and 18 years of age or older. One prize per household.

PICK ME! PICK ME! PICK ME!
PICK ME! PICK ME! PICK ME!

I really want to Anthony Bourdain!!

  3. Being an avid ‘No Reservations’ watcher, Anthony Bourdain would enjoy a more casual atmosphere. Therefore he should visit Tim Love’s The Woodshed OR eat Nonna Tatta @ The Usual (and enjoy two experiences in one).

I LOVE Anthony Bourdian but can’t afford to buy tickets to the show! I would love the opportunity to go to the show with my husband! 😉

  4. If you watch his show at all, you will see him at both the no frills AND the fancy places, but he sure does seem to enjoy no frills best. And if he can get a drink there as well, all the better! Brewed has a casual environment with high end, orgasmic food that makes you think you should be wearing your fancy getup. AND they have superb beer.

  5. Tough call, but I think I’ll go with Reatta. Plenty of great eateries in “The Fort”, but you can’t beat that view from the rooftop bar!

  6. It’s hard to pick just one because there really are 4 or 5 different restaurants that would demonstrate the diversity, the eclecticism and the clash of Fort Worth’s old and new. Anthony wouldn’t just come to Fort Worth and eat at one place.
But…since he would only have time to go to one restaurant right before the show, I would say ELLERBE FINE FOODS.

  7. I’d love to say gogo gumbo! in Boyd, TX but you probably don’t consider that Fort Worth … but Bourdain would really dig it. Really.

  8. This is actually a hard choice because there are so many great spots to eat downtown. All time favorite though and keeping true to the Texas way, go for steak. My favorite spot is the Chop house on Main. Great food and a nice walk from Bass Hall.
