Critics are singing the praises of the 25th Anniversary production of Les Misérables, which runs at Bass Performance Hall until Sunday, Sept. 30.

Punch Shaw of Fort Worth Star-Telegram/DFW.com wrote a rave, saying the show is “so well staged and performed that you will likely want to grab your musket and throw in with the rebels.” But please do not bring muskets to Bass Hall.

Mary Clark of The Column loved it, too. Like, really, really, really loved it.

This Week In Texas theater critic Scott Lewis gave the show a big thumbs-up, too, singling out performances by Betsy Morgan and Joshua Colley.

Doug Dodasovich of Edge Dallas wasn’t as blown away. Boo!

Nancy Churnin of the Dallas Morning News wrote a nice brief about the kiddos of Les Mis.

Fort Worth Weekly and newly launched CultureMap Dallas also chimed in on Les Mis’ Sept. 26-30 run.
